Miguel Ángel García-Hernández, a father of four, ‘succumbed to his injuries after being removed from life support’ A second person who was shot recently at a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (Ice) facility in Dallas, Texas has died, according to the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), which is representing his family.LULAC announced in a news release on Tuesday that Miguel Ángel García-Hernández, 32, had “succumbed to his injuries after being removed from life support following the [24 September] sniper attack on the Dallas Ice facility”.
